We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and the Citi Health Card.

FINANCING
Although we do require payment (or co-payment) at the time of service, we do offer some financing options. Please contact our office for more information.

The Citi Health Card offers 3, 6, and 12 month, no interest payment plans. They also offer a 48 month plan with a low interest rate.

DENTAL BENEFITS (Dental Insurance)
When you call or e-mail our office to schedule your first visit, we will ask you about your dental benefits. If it is determined that you can utilize these benefits in our office, we will ask that you bring your dental card and/or a dental form with you. We realize that dealing with insurance companies can be confusing, time consuming and frustrating, so we work hard to make sure paying for your dental care is as simple as possible. We are always happy to file dental claims on your behalf.

We offer a 5% discount on treatment over $1000.00 that is paid in full on the day of service.

We also offer the Preventative Care Plan.

PREVENTATIVE CARE PLAN
The Preventative Care Plan has been developed solely for the patients of Dr. Wilson. Its main purpose is to provide quality preventative dental care to people who have no formal dental insurance. It is also designed for those persons on fixed incomes who desire the security of dental care benefits at affordable fees.

KEY COMPONENTS OF THE PREVENTATIVE CARE PLAN

The Preventative Care Plan seeks to establish a positive relationship between Dr. Wilson and her patients. An important step in achieving this is the completion of an initial Treatment Plan. This Treatment Plan:

Outlines Basic, Comprehensive, and Specialty dental needs of the patient -- A "game plan"
Establishes a schedule for treatment visits
Emphasizes quality care
Focuses on the goal of preventative dentistry

Dr. Wilson will provide the Basic and Comprehensive services needed by an eligible patient as outlined in the individual's Treatment Plan and will refer patients to local Specialists if required. This plan does not cover any expenses incurred by the Subscriber(s) for any treatment, which in the judgment of Dr. Wilson, lies beyond the Standard of Care for General Dentistry.

CONVENIENT AND HASSLE-FREE

NO claim forms to fill out
NO deductibles
NO annual maximums
NO pre-authorizations, therefore, less waiting time for necessary work

WHO IS ELIGIBLE

Individuals and families who have no other form of dental benefits (non-insured). A family is defined as two adults living in the same household and any dependents living with them.

PLAN LIMITATIONS

The Preventative Care Plan does not cover any expenses incurred by the subscriber(s) involving:

Any dentistry outside the realm of General Dentistry or work better handled by a Specialist
Treatment not rendered by Dr. Wilson
Emergency Dental Care
Cosmetic Dentistry
Hospitalization for any dental procedure
Specialty Care

BROKEN APPOINTMENTS

Our staff respects your valuable time; therefore, we strive to stay on schedule. In order to save you as much time as possible we do not "double book" patients. We do requires at least 24 hour notice for a cancellation of an appointment. A fee will be charged for changes made with less than a 24 hour notice and missed appointments.
